Refund and Returns Policy
We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- You have 20 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- The product must be in its original condition, exactly as received, without any defects, damage, or signs of use.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or discounts are not eligible for returns.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which is €14.
How to Return a Product
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ensure that the product meets all return conditions before proceeding.
- Take the package to a DHL office and pay the return shipping fee of €14.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Process
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, the refund will not be processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
